200 HPDI no power

Hoping Rodbolt17 can chime in - heard you are a master with these things.
End of last year having high RPM power loss when cruising.
All fuel filters changed, didnt solve it. Took into local Yamaha guy - report fuel presuures OK, they sent out the injectors to Flagship, when they sea trialed it got up to 4200 RPM, also removed and cleaned oxygen sensor, ran up to 4500 rpm.
Took it out of the wrap this weekend - fired up perfectly but could not get ANY kind RPM out of it while it was sitting, dies as I try to slowly increase RPM's - max amount is 2300.
Any clues ? help etc - thank you !

Hope you are not trying to rev it with no load(neutral)

a couple fouled plugs, bad shift position switch, low HP rail pressure.
bad injector driver.
bad pulser coil.
list is endless.
that's where the laptop is handy.
it can eliminate a lot of things.
key on engine off what is the baro pressure?
running simply watch the readings.
engine must be tested at the failure rpm and load.

Did you change the filter in the high pressure pump ? The filter is not shown in the parts manual, but there is a 10 micron basket filter. Same filter the injectors use.
