2001 HPDI 200hp Motor squealing

I recently pulled the boat to replace the low pressure fuel pumps. Started them out of the water all seemed fine. Took boat for test ride today. After coming in from ocean i noticed this unsettling sound from starboard motor. Any input would be great

Maybe the driveshaft bushings need some grease.....
