200TXRT 1995 under oil sub-tank 10.5L hidden small filter (mine missing). Isn't too restrictive for oil (it is actually fuel filter) and removed from use for a reason? Also used on 2006 and Later Z300TXR OIL TANK. Tnx.

I too don't understand the question, if there is one.

Regarding someone removing the filter, maybe they did that as a temporary measure and forgot to replace it. Not a good idea to forego the use of the filter.

that filter needs to be there, its used on ALL oil injected V motors.
any debris that ends up in the engine tank will most likely end up in the oil pump intake sooner or later.
