1990 40 ETLD Questions

Hi all. New to the forums and yamaha ouboards. I have a new to me 1990 40 ETLD. I have a couple questions that I hope you can shed some light on for me.

first, can someone tell me the pulse count for the tach? Have it set to 6 and 3 and both seem low rpms at wide open.

second, can you slso tell me the # of turns out on the carb pilot air screws?

Google searches turn up all different numbers for both.

Nobody wants to buy a service manual anymore.

1 & 1/8 turns outward from being lightly seated. Plus or minus 1/4.

6 pole setting.

Thank you. I have been looking for the manual but again multitudes of hits just not sure what is the right one.
