90 tlrd tilt cap on trim unit

What is the best tool to remove the trim cyld cap? I have the kent more tools and broke the set screws off.
Tried heat [salt water] no go. I have spanner wrenches for the other units, these have to small of holes.

Have you looked at Marinetechtools to see what they offer? They do sell a chisel bit as a last resort. For a hammer drill.

are you sure it is for a hammer drill?

maybe an air hammer/chisel

drills take rotary bits

If the holes line up with your tool, can you not drill the holes a little larger so your tool fits?
