Bad Fuel pump diaphragm symptoms?

on a Yamaha F115 2002
How does one determine if they have is a bad fuel pump diaphragm?

Just bumping it up to try to get an answer

loss of fuel in the VST AND excessive fuel in the oil sump.

a quick test you ask?
simply unbolt it leaving the fuel lines attached.
pump the primer.
if fuel leaks its ruptured if it doesn't its ok.

On my model it looks t o be 3 phillps screws holding it on the back of the motor...should be pretty simple!

should be two 10mm hex headed bolts.
don't lose the oring it may stick to the cam cover.

The three phillips screws are to remove the cover, the pump is mounted using the two hex head bots. Thanks Again!
