704 control

Just installed a dual 704 control for my twin F150's.. after wiring up the individual up/down switches work fine but the twin switch on the lever handle is only driving 1 engine.. any idea how the wiring looks for this? also only see 2 blocking diodes on the harness, should there be 4?

Hi, quick question, the trim tilt relays shown in the diagram are in the motors right? the 704 control I installed has a harness with 2 multi min plugs on it and then 3 wire connectors from each trim tilt switch and 3 wires from the twin trim tilt switches that connect into the harness via the crimp connector plugs. I have used the 704-85721-00-00 WIRE SUB LEAD to connect into my wiring..
