2005 Yamaha 90

I have a 90tlrd that at wot isn't getting up on plane. It will run at idle speed for a few minutes then begins to stutter. After stuttering for a bit it begins to run like a champ, then runs fine. The carbs have been done, fuel tank drained. Anyone have any idea what could be the issue here? (Coil,CDI,) any help appreciated

most likely, still a fuel issue.

electronics issues on that motor are very rare.

if you test the ign system it MUST be tested WHILE its failing/running poorly or the results are a teat on a boar hog.
