Any ideals on why the fuel level drops below the paper filter on the fuel filter in the small fuel bowl on my motor. It does it when I run it on my boats fuel system and it does it when I run it on a 6-gallon tank with its own separate fuel line and primer bulb. So far. I have replaced the three small fuel pumps, one way valve, fuel bowl and fuel filter. It starts and idles ok. When I run it on the water, it runs ok until about 3500-rpm and then it dies, I would guess account out of fuel. I can pump the primer bulb and it starts and runs.
