you will see the rusted part and the remains of the flat sides that use to be there

I would be curious to see what type of plug this is. I don't see any corrosion. I wonder if he has one of those little smartphone borescopes to get a closer look.

I see some
rust around the bottom of plug. I guess someone rounded that plug off a long time ago. Wrong size socket.

I can see a flat spot or 2 , or the remains of them anyway
