I have a 1998 Yamaha pro v 200. The tilt and trim was slow and noisy at times so I decided to check the hydraulic fluid. It appeared low so I removed the cap and put some into it, then moved the motor up and down several times. I repeated this step about 5-6 times...then the motor stuck all the way down. When I push the tilt/trim button I can hear it running but the motor will not move. Any suggestions?
