YIEC cleaning, Amount and time question?

On a Yamaha MC forum I frequent, a member has a 600 cc 4 cylinder (inline) engine with leak down #'s( of Cylinders 1-4) 2%, 10%, 16% &, 4 %. Compression, 240, 230, 210 & 255 PSI.

It is a high mileage engine. He just purchased YIEC to do a de-carb on the engine. There are no directions.

Rodbolt or anyone else, can you please advise how much (150cc each cylinder obviously) YIEC per cylinder roughly and how long to soak?

I typically mix about 16 Oz of YIEC to 3 qts of gas and run it.

wasn't there something about it being bad for you so needed protection while using it(respirator, gloves, etc)

Yes. Stay upwind from the exhaust system.
