Yamaha F225 4.2 Running Rough

Hi guys i've got a F225 4.2LT 2013 Model and it has this strange acceleration issue, the outboard runs perfect and dose not miss a beat as long as i run it below 4900RPM but as soon as i try to go WOT the engine violently bounces almost like a missfire?? Really struggling to work this out and wondering if someone has had the same issue before? I've attached a link to a video on my youtube channel any thoughts would be appreciated

I have never seen a fuel issue with a Yamaha in my life.
