1985 Yamaha 115hp V4 No start after shut down

Very weak intermittent spark ,cranks good, Checked resistances of pulsar coils (288-432) 1,3 cyl ...341 ohms, 2&4 cyl …..329 ohms

low speed charge coil (840-1250 ohms) 88 ohms , high speed charge coil (102-152 ) 127 ohms

My question is will the low speed coil cause a no start ??

low speed would include the slow turning of the flywheel during starting

what is the low speed charge coil output voltage?
