Yamaha 200 motor tilt activating when under way

While under way and not touching switch motor will trim up on its own. Any one have any ideas or comments please.

most likely the pan switch is failing.
unplug both switch's one at a time and see .

Thanks. Turned out to be switch on the throttle.
