I rebuilt my tilt trim on my 95 50hp Pro (center ram was leaking between the ram and dust seal.) So I tore it down and replaced all the o-rings and it still leaks 
I checked the ram and there is no scores in it that would tear the o-rings. everything went together well. I'm just at a loss as to what it could be? Thanks for your help.
