No power to command like guages or ignition

2008 Yamaha F250BTUR. Troubleshooting.

last time I had the boat out while running my guages started flickering while under way. The motor shut down. Upon removing the hood there was a fair amount of water in there. I have complete loss of power to the anything up front however the binnacle foes allow me to raise and lower the engine.

This is a DEC - "fly by wire" engine, yes?

if water got to electrical, maybe it blow a fuse
maybe a bad connection due to water/corrosion.
need to find out where the water came from also and stop that from happening again also
