Which fuel line diameter is recommended for a saltwater 130hp? 3/8 or 5/16? Thank you for your help.

I am not sure. Existing installation has a: 5/16 (8mn) line from tank to water separator filter, and a 3/16 line to the outboard. Should the lines have tge same diameter?

If the tank to fuel filter is 5/16th's, you can keep it the same...
Make sure you get MARINE RATED FUEL LINE.
It does make a difference with ethanol breaking down the innards of some regular fuel line...

IMO, I'd put 3/8's on.
My old neighbors v6 200 (on an old Mako), two stroke had 5/16" and he never had an issue with that either..Scott

From my tank to the water separator is 3/8" then from the separator to the F150 is 5/16". On my other boat It's also 5/16" to my F115
