i was directed here for some information. i just want to know the difference between the LZ and the VZ motors. my motor only has Z250TXRB so i dont know if it is LZ or VZ. also, are all the TXRB motors compatible with each other. i need to replace the starter and i have not found one that specifically names my motor. i am using 60X-81800-00-00 for my part number. any help would be appreciated. thanks

Lz is left hand rotation, vz is vmax [bass boat motor], z250txrb is a 25" shaft and is a 2003 engine and all the motors are hpdi.Comment

you need a 60v-81800-00-00.Comment

If you click on the Yamaha parts at top of the page it will take you to the parts look up for Yamaha motors, all you have to do is find your motor
