This is my first introduction and I’m in a bind, I bought my motor a few months ago as I installed it last week and wasn’t able to fire it up, I check my fuel and oil, both going in fine, then I found out I have no spark,I replaced the pulsar coil, Crank Position sensor, and still have no spark but then I check the wiring to be sure then I found this wiring adaptor missing two wires which seems to be missing into the plug. The yellow and yellow/red is missing from the gauge to engine while the green/red and green is there. Is this causing the no spark? The engine crank....

need to follow the service manual procedures for testing ignition system with proper test equipment to see what is happening.
but might check to make sure your kill switch is in place -
might be even better to test the system.
with the lanyard removed crank the engine. do you get an alarm?
if yes reattach the lanyard and continue.
if no fix the alarm and then start testing.
do you have a charge coil output? do you have pulser coil outputs?
do you have CDI output?
remember the 3.1L uses bank to bank charge coils not high and low speed.
