Dual Ignition switch blue wire issue

I have dual 2001 OX66 250s....I had the portside ignition switch go bad so I ordered a new one. The new one came exactly like the original except for an issue with the blue wire. On the original key switch the blue wire came out of the back of the switch and went straight to the 8 pin plug. On the new switch there is no blue wire comin out of the back of switch, but there is a blue wire coming out of the 8 pin plug with a male plug on it. As far as I know there is no female side on a blue wire anywhere for it. The color code for blue says "instrument lights, choke, choke circuit, ground potential oil transfer, high speed charge coil"......any ideas????....do I have any options here??

the blue wire in the switch is for the push to choke feature.
your motors do not have chokes. plug it in and play.
