Command Link Plus aux batt display

I have a pair of new F200XCAs with the cl+ display. Each motor's aux charging lead is connected to my aux ("sub", as it's shown on the display) house battery. The charging circuit works but does not show any voltage on the display. Just blank dashes (- - .-). The two start batteries show their voltage on the display just fine. Any ideas?

My idea is that Yamaha in their infinite wisdom did not engineer the F200XCA such that it provides for a house battery output.

You might want to call Yamaha Customer Support for confirmation, or advice otherwise, if you are in the US.
