YAMAHA model identification

I have an FL200BETX outboard engine, need to know what the model code indicates. Believe F is four stroke and 200 is the horse power. the rest of the alphabets. can someone help me out here?
Also, where can I find a service manual for the same ?

B = Model Generation
E = Electric
T = Trim/Tilt
X = 25 inch Shaft
