115 yamaha 4 stroke ..repacing fuel bar

I removed fuel bar to make the replacement of the fuel presure regulator easier. When I did the fuel line at the bottom was full. When I put the fuel bar back on and re-connect the fuel line(hose) at the bottom should I prime it with more fuel somehow or just re-connect and start the engine? Help !

Not sure what a "fuel bar" is. Are you talking about the fuel injection rail to which the fuel injectors are attached?

prime the VST, cycle the keyswitch a few times.
