F150 lower unit bolt torque value?

Just replaced the impellers in my twin 2006 F150's. What is the correct torque for the 8 bolts attaching the lower unit to the motor?

Also, I have been told that there is no factory service manual available for this motor - only an electronic version available to dealers. True or false?

34.7 lb-ft is the torque for the mounting bolts. 31 lb-ft for the trim tab attach bolt.

False to a service manual not being available to consumers. Hard copy only however. Dealers can get either an electronic version or hard copy.
