Drain the LU for storage found yellowish/milky gear oil.
Is there a SEAL KIT available or do you have order seals, washer, O-rings, etc., individually?

No kit. Order what you need.

there is a lower seal kit, however its 3 times the cost of ordering the seals and orings you need and it contains a lot of stuff you will never use.

Will a lower unit from a 2005 SW200 2 stroke work on a 2002 SW200 2 stroke?

Dave should be the same lower unit. Just checked boats.net showing 64E-45300-22-8D for 2005 SX200TXR the 2002 is 64E-45300-21-8D its the same unit the 22 is just a newer #.
