good afternoon all. am considering purchasing a 1993 25 hp 2 stroke with remote controls. was wondering how involved/costly it would be to make it a tiller control. any info is appreciated.
It is generally more cost effective to buy a motor with a tiller handle than it is to buy one without and convert it after the fact. Parts may even be no longer available from Yamaha. The price of a new tiller handle will probably exceed the value of the motor.
