Any harm in temp. removal of these 2 bolts?

I am trying to modify a pair of Motormate mounts to install their transom saver. The pair of mounts furnished do not fit my 1988 Yamaha 175 hp. They are supposed to. To accurately modify them, I feel I have to temp. remove both of the bolts. They want me to modify the brackets and send them back to them and they will then make up a new set and send them back to me. My question is if there is anything going to come apart that will be difficult in getting back together? Thanks in advance for any suggestions or comments.

nope, nothing will come apart.
make sure to reseal them with boat life or 5200.
NO silly cone.
