Can somebody help me with a wiring diagram for yamaha multifunction tachometer,6Y5-8350T-D0-00,motors is two 40XWT,two strokes,need to connect trim,tacho,heat alarm and hour meter

n.b. besides the wiring, look at the dip switch settings

What is the complete engine ID? Begins with the number 6.

What is the date of manufacture on the label on the side of the motor?

Assuming the motor has one ivory nylon connector in the front of the engine pan, and the tachometer has two ivory four pin connectors, here is the way that they are connected.



The other four single wires with bullet connectors are connected as depicted in the manual that farideal links you to.
