For my 2005 f-150 efi engine,would I be better off running a gas mixture from a portable fuel tank containing 1 qt. gas,12 oz. Yamaha fogging oil and 6 oz. Stabil thru the engine OR simply spraying fogging oil into each spark plug hole and briefly turning engine with kill switch dis-engaged after running stabilized fuel thru the engine for 15-20 minutes

I use crankcase stor-n-start and the fogging mixture through the VST mixed as per the Volvo or mercrusier tech bullitens for the MPI/EFI motors.
