hello all hope all is well and you all had a great holiday.my? i replaced my filter for the vst and the clip broke off that goes to the bottom of the fuel pump inside the vst tank my ?for the great ones is do i need it.part#65L-14159-00-00 i hate to tear it apart it looks like it doenst hold anything my new vst fillter dint come apart when i pulled on it.And does the filter inside the vst tank does it rest on the botom the filter has a 1/4 lip on it and it looks like it fits in a groove so i dont think it will comes loose does anybody have the big answer for me thanks keith.
