Warning Buzzer on 225 hp Yamaha

I have a pair of 225 HP Fuel Injected Salt water Series Yamaha's and while flushing out the motors the port engine warning buzzer came on. Water was flowing out the pee hole and there is plenty of oil in the tank. I also checked the fuel line to make sure fuel was flowing properly and no problem there. I'm stumped !! Any ideas what my problem could be ?? Any help would be appreciated.

your hose most likely doesnt provide enough flow
were you using the 2 sided flusher? or the factory flush?

I was trying to flush both engines at the same time with the muffs.
