Removing head gasket

Need help removing the head gasket.
After removing all the bolt . How can I break loose the head from gasket?
If I'm correct when I reinstall the new gasket is the bolt torque at 22 foot lb.
My motor is 2000 150hp ox66

if you look closely there are pry points on the head and block.
DO NOT mar the gasket surfaces.
