Relay starter Yamaha 40 4stroke

Hi,
I try to find this relay starter on boats.net but it seems all the relay starters are different. I maybe didn't look at the right place. Could some one help to know where I can order it?

Find model # on your motor and look it up on this page

You first need to know the precise model of your motor. Say it is an F40TLRD for instance. It is located on the data plate affixed to your left hand clamp bracket if you need to find it.

Find that model in the Yamaha parts catalog at either Yams website or the link that 99Yam40 provided above. Then go to the illustration that is labeled as "Electrical 2". That is where you will find the relay.

Here is an example from a model F40TLRD. Clink on this link and then look at item number 1.

More than likely this is the part number of the relay that you will need. But, you need to confirm this by looking at the parts catalog for your specific model. This relay has widespread usage on many different models as noted in the link below.
