I came across this V6 150 h.p. cowling believe it or not at Habitat for Humanity. Clerk said guy donated it because it did not fit his motor. It was new in the box and they had priced it at $50. I knew it would not fit my Yamaha 150 four stroke, but could not believe the price so i picked it up. The only numbers on the cowling are inside and are 101201-01. My guess it is Yamaha part number 64C42610-00-00 but i am not sure. I am also guessing it is for an older two stroke but i am ignorant on the point and what motors it would fit. I would very much appreciate any helping responses.

Don't forget my commission.
By the way, it is not mother Yamaha. It is Mamayama. If I was a female llama I would be mamayamallama!
Remember Joe Camel? Yamaha should have a llama as their spokesperson. Yamallama is he. A very cool dude. Long eye lashes and all. Who does not like a llama?

i am feeling a little stupid here. Should i list with flea bay should i post as 64C42610-00-00 or 64C-42610-SO-4D. Obviously, i don't understand the difference between the two if there is one. Should i assume the first # (64C42610-00-00) incompasses all variations such as SO-4D and/or additional descriptions?
