2001 Yamaha f115txr with year 2000 throttle bodies

Doing a repair -got parts -both outboards are 2001-f115txrz but have year 2000 style throttle bodies with air bleed screws they discontinued those TBs in 2000 ..
Anyone run in to this and or will it make a difference is there a difference? In the TBs .... having stalling issue
off idle as soon as you give it throttle it idle it dies
tps voltage is in spec - vst and fuel system clean and good - fuel pressure is 35.6 - new fuel pressure reg
cleaned injectors has spark new plugs ... per YDS
all looks to be in spec

Adjusting air bleed screws not the issue they
are not to be touched
had to replace intire intake assembly for corrosion issues
i purchased a inkake assembly with TBs for
my year 2001 model f115 txr but it has TBs with no air bleeds
look a part diagram says my outboard has TBs with no air bleeds but the ones that were on my outboards have them like the 2000 model ... would having or not having those screws make a running difference.. are the TBs internialy different some how in the air passage
