  • Merry Christmas to Admin Staff.

Merry Christmas Admin Staff. Thank you for providing this site to go on endlessly about anything and everything. I sure you must get some laughs out of the way grown men carry on sometimes. We enjoy it immensely. Thanks.

          Thanks and back at ya!

It's gorgeous outside (79F and sunny right now).

The boat is down on the neighbors lift, (all covered up) as I got an e-mail the sea-wall re-construction was starting last week...(Didn't happen)

It's just about impossible to get to the boat (when it was on my lift) W/O using the "dock float":

Scott. The first picture. That part snapped too? Was that the piece that nearly landed on you?

Yes, that concrete re-enforced " extension" broke off while I was laying atop it (removing a bolt from the post). If I was under it, it would have been a VERY quick death.
It's currently under water, leaning up against the sea wall and the two boat lift posts are keeping it from sliding in further.

Yep, all of a sudden, I'm under water, hat floating away, WTH???
Came up, swam and got my hat. Ladder was already removed for re-construction and swam to my neighbors ladder.

There's a 3/4" Craftsman wrench I'm hoping to get back once that concretes lifted (already re-placed the wrench).

Before the collapse (an older pic, 2006, before re-power, lift canopy, etc) but you get the idea what WAS there:
