I'm new to this forum and need some help. I have a 2004 175 HPDI that I've started having electrical problems with (no signal going to 3 injectors). Can anyone tell me where I can get a wiring diagram for this engine? The engine was running great before I changed out all the all the filters, replaced the plugs and low pressure fuel pumps. No it idles rough for a few seconds then quits. It dies immediately when put in gear. My YDS is giving me an injector code. Everything else is good. I sent the injectors out and had the cleaned. When I do the stationary test on the injectors with the YDS, 3 injectors don't energize. All 3 of the injectors (on cylinders 2, 5 & 6) are con*****ed by the same injector driver. I swapped the two injector drivers and even tried one from a 200 HPDI, but had the same problem on the same injector. However, I can swap the connector and leads from a bad cylinder to a good one and the problem moves. Tha's why I think it electrical. Any ideas?
