F60 Shaking at idle

hello guys replaced everything and started ,it runs fine in a tank but it shakes a little at idle but as soon as give a little throttle the shaking goes away.what could be the problem as this is the first F60 i have worked on as iam helping a old mate save some money as he doesn't seem to have much but enjoys fishing

its carbed or EFI?

If carbed looks like carbs need to be sync
