My ox66 is idling around 500 rpm . It used to idle around between 600 to 800 rpm. Can I adjust the idle screw to bring it up to spec?

You didnt say which hp your is, but it should be idling about 730 plus or minus 30 rpm.. if you link and sync, set the tps .50 +- .02 it should be ok,, might have a weak plug not hitting good at idle.. remember to set the tps with the throttle plates completely closed and make sure the oil link rod is not hooked up.. after you link and sync then adjust the oil link rod, then adjust the idle.. You can check the plugs and caps with an ohm meter..
