back fire or silent sneez 2 stroke 85

my 85 tlrr 2 stroke seems to sneez or give silent back fire when starting cold takes a bit but she gets going in few. any reason for this activity.

lean sneeze
carbs running a little lean while cold
does this motor have a choke or is it a prime start unit?
May need to check passages in carbs and prime start to make sure all =are clear

yes has a choke on outboard and switch on dash panel must be choke too.
