S115 plug color

I have a 97 S115TXRV with low hours that generally performs well. Each time I check the plugs they appear slightly oily. Is this normal? If not, what is causing oily plugs? The oil pump appears properly synched to the carbs ie. cam is on its stop. Thanks in advance.

There should be oil in cumbustion chamber, if they are fouling out often then it might be over oiling
