Hot Rod Rebuild a 2001 15MSHZ Yamaha Outboard?

Seems like the power on my outboard has been slowly declining over the years, so it is probably time to rebuild it this winter, anything I can do to give it a little extra power while I'm in there?

It is just a little 15hp on RIB dinghy, so just screwing around.
