I just bought a boat with twin 99 model 250's on it. One had a bad block and the other is fine. The previous owner bought two new long blocks from Yamaha, and never installed them. I'm installing both new blocks on the boat but have one good used long block that is for sale. Compression numbers going from 1-6 are 104, 110, 107, 117, 98, 102. My service manual says 5 and 6 have a lower compression ratio and hence generate lower compression numbers which follows the test results... I'm driving from New Bern NC to Pensacola Florida this weekend and can take it with me if that helps the sell. Otherwise its in New Bern NC for local pickup or I'll ship. I have video of it running too if that's of any interest. $1750 obo
