2004 - 2005 changes

I recently purchased a 2004 90TLRC new in box - I was told it was a 2005.....I notice they changed crankcases.....is the new one better? and are there any other changes.....Thanks

I don't believe their were any changes the 2003,04 and 05 all use the same powerhead.

I'm not clear if Cat # quoted is 2 stroke or 4 but if it's a four did not they not add fuel injection in 2005 ? - I may be wrong but worth checking closer if 4 stroke.
