Prop size 40hp 4 stroke

What is the biggest diameter for yamaha prop 40 hp 4 stroke.
It has a 10 1/4 X 14 G now. Want to know if 11" or 12" will fit.
Looking to put 10'' Pitch but they are all 11" or 12" Diameter.
