Yamaha F115 TXRC "Making Oil"

My Yamaha F115 TXRC has been getting overfill on oil level. Is it a thermostat problem or a defective fuel pump?

Could be either or a combination of both. Or, other things that contribute to the making oil issue.

Do you smell fuel in your oil? Is it foaming to a gray color at all?

How old is the thermostat? Fairly easy to remove and replace if it is bad. Most of the time you can see it stuck open if it is due to corrosion.
