timing for 200hp 1990

Hi, Just bought a 19 foot gradywhite that comes with a 200hp 1990 model. I'm doing the tuneup right. Can anyone tell me what the timing is? I checked the compression on all 6 cylinders. They are all between 140~145 psi. Any recommendation would be much appreciated.
