help needed

hi everyone
is there any body who knows for a fact how to lift a etec engine as i have never done it and i have all my life dealt with Yamaha motors .these engines have no lifting points and i dont know which part is needed to lift this engines out as i have a pissed off customer who is basically throwing away his etec for a Yamaha as he says its nothing but trouble ,if any body has any idea pls let me know as i need the part to take this motor off the boat without damaging it

the lifting eye on an etec is the fly wheel, there are 3 holes in it for bolts and a lifting attachment.,
