gauges for '94 130

I am looking at replacing my '86 115's with '94 130's. Can I use the same gauges, con*****s, and wiring harness? or do I have to buy new? My current gauges are analog.

They changed the gauge harness in 1994 from round connectors to square connectors. If you have the Yamaha Digital gauges you can get the adapters to connect the 86 gauge and oil tank harness to 94 engine. Order 6R3-ADPKT-94-93 Adapter kit

The adapter lets me used my '86 analog gages and my '86 oil tank with the new motors?

Or I need the digital gages?

Yes you can use the 86 gauges and oil tank if you like. I would recommend a new oil tank 6YR-W0035-92-00(the old one is 20 years old). If you want to replace the gauge then use the 1 gauge kit 6YR-W0035-E1-00, it has all the harness's that will connect to 94 engine.
